The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The item has not been fitted, mounted, or used in any way.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-ordered or special-order items.
Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
3. Returns Process To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Return the item to our warehouse at Plot 7, Rietfontein, Nirvana Drive, Lenasia, Johannesburg.
5. Once we inspect and approve the return, we will process the exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
If a refund is approved but the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.
If the exchanged item is of lower value, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
